Ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another wāhine — just let us know by email (kiaora@tekaingawahine.co.nz) with the new attendee's details at least 48 hours before the event.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date and you’ll be notified via email.
If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, refunds may be offered at the discretion of the organisers.
3. Event Details
All event details, including venue address, timings, and speaker lineup, will be sent to the email provided at purchase. Please ensure your contact information is correct.
Te Kāinga Wāhine reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, speakers, or content. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
4. Health and Safety
All attendees must follow health and safety instructions provided by venue staff or event organisers, including evacuation procedures or any specific health protocols in place at the time.
Please stay home if you are unwell, and consider transferring your ticket to another wāhine.
While we take every care to provide a safe, inclusive environment, Te Kāinga Wāhine is not liable for illness, injury, or loss during the event unless caused by our proven negligence.
5. Photography & Media
The event will be photographed and/or filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in Te Kāinga Wāhine’s promotional material, including website, social media, and future event marketing.
If you prefer not to appear in media, let our team know at registration and we will do our best to accommodate.
