I support people and organisations grow with clarity and purpose. My work is about creating spaces where ideas flow, values guide action, and real change occurs. I bring a mix of mātauranga Māori, practical tools, as well as a calm, focused approach that encourages others to confidently explore possibilities and take intentional action.
Rangatiratanga and manaakitanga are woven through everything I offer. Whether working with individuals or groups, I focus on drawing out strengths, encouraging collaboration, and supporting pathways that honour both vision and wellbeing. It is about creating momentum that is sustainable and meaningful.
Every interaction is an opportunity to uplift and inspire. I aim to create experiences that spark insight, build connection, and leave a lasting sense of possibility for those I work alongside.

My background spans over a decade in law and governance, alongside extensive experience in coaching, leadership development, and facilitation. This combination allows me to navigate complex spaces with clarity, while keeping people and relationships at the centre.

Through my business, Te Mauri o te Māori, I offer online coaching, leadership design and development programs, and tailored facilitation services. Each offering is shaped to meet the needs of the people and organisations I work with, creating practical strategies that are grounded in cultural understanding and real-world application.
Whether it is guiding an individual through personal growth, designing leadership pathways, or facilitating conversations that spark collective action, my focus is always on creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead with integrity.
